American Leadership Academy Assumes Management of Liberty Academy
Spanish Fork
The American Leadership Academy announced today that it will expand its educational offering by assuming the operational management of Liberty Academy Charter School in Salem. ALA announced its plan to provide its trademark quality educational product to a wider group of students. Under an agreement reached with Liberty, ALA will provide its unique leadership-based educational program to an additional 650 students at the Liberty campus.
“We are excited to provide this expanded offering of our world-class programs, curriculum, administration, and staff,” commented Eric Hogenson, ALA’s Board Chair. “This affiliation with Liberty Academy is a breakthrough for choice in education. It allows more parents and children to take advantage of ALA’s proven educational approach, while preserving the strengths of Liberty’s existing program,” he said.
Both schools are committed to providing cutting edge leadership training to students of all ages. Stephen R. Covey, founder of the Covey Leadership Institute, will be speaking on the ALA campus this Friday at 9am in the school’s state-of-the-art auditorium. The venue will house the first collaborative gathering of students from both schools.
ALA, located in Spanish Fork, is among Utah’s leading charter schools and currently has over 1,400 students, grades K-12.
